Contact via Email and Phone

When you contact us by email or phone, we process the provided data (e.g. name, email address, phone number, message) to answer your inquiry.

Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) or Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (answering general inquiries)

The data will be deleted as soon as your inquiry has been resolved and no statutory retention obligations exist.

Waitlist

When you join the waitlist, we store your email address, your consent, and the time of sign-up. We only use your address to notify you about the launch; your details are never shared with third parties.

Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR (consent). You can revoke your consent at any time with effect for the future, e.g. via email to the contact address mentioned above; the lawfulness of processing carried out up to that point remains unaffected (Art. 7 (3) GDPR).

Storage duration: Until your revocation, at most up to three months after the launch notification; the entry is deleted thereafter.

Hosting and Processors

We operate this website's software ourselves. The following service providers process personal data on our behalf and according to our instructions (Art. 28 GDPR):

  • netcup GmbH, Daimlerstraße 25, 76185 Karlsruhe, Germany: Data center (servers in Germany)
  • Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St., San Francisco, CA 94107, USA: Website delivery via a content delivery network, protection against attacks, name resolution (DNS), and email routing. In doing so, technically required connection data (e.g. IP address, timestamp, requested address) is processed. Transfer to the USA is possible; the provider is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (Art. 45 GDPR), and standard contractual clauses additionally apply (Art. 46 GDPR).

Cookies

This website does not set any cookies. Forms and orders function entirely without cookies.

For storing or reading information on the terminal device, Section 165 (3) TKG 2021 applies.

Fonts

The fonts on this website are loaded from our own server. There is no connection to servers operated by Google or other font providers.

Your Rights as a Data Subject

You have the following rights regarding our processing:

  • Access (Art. 15 GDPR): You can receive a copy of your stored data.
  • Rectification (Art. 16 GDPR): You can have incorrect data corrected.
  • Erasure (Art. 17 GDPR): You can request the deletion of your data, provided no retention obligation applies.

Right to Object pursuant to Art. 21 GDPR

In the event of an objection, we will assess whether legal grounds for continued processing exist. An objection is particularly possible against:

SSL or TLS Encryption

For security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, such as inquiries you send to us, this site uses SSL or TLS encryption.

You can recognize an encrypted connection by the fact that the address line of the browser changes from "http://" to "https://" and by the lock icon in your browser line.

If encryption is activated, the data you transmit to us cannot be read by third parties.

Server Log Files
